Soldering Automation Machine
Built around recipe-based process control, automatic flux application, N₂-assisted soldering and quick fixture changeover, the Soldering Automation Machine delivers stable, repeatable soldering processes with reduced operator dependency across different connector types.
Recipe-based · N₂-assisted · quick fixture changeA laminar-flow, height-adjustable solder bath, an integrated pre-heating station and automatic post-solder N₂ cooling keep every step of the production process under control. Multi-recipe save/recall makes switching between product groups fast while preserving standard quality in series production.
Recipe parameters, process steps, cell status and production counters — on one operator screen.
In manual or semi-automatic soldering, quality depends heavily on operator skill; when solder temperature, dwell time, flux amount and cooling are managed by hand, part-to-part variation is inevitable.
In multi-variant production, setup per connector type takes longer, defects from oxidation and thermal shock increase, and holding a repeatable quality standard in series production becomes difficult.
The machine automates flux application, pre-heating, soldering and N₂ cooling in a single cell. The laminar-flow, height-adjustable solder bath provides the right contact geometry and stable joint quality for each product.
All process parameters are bound to recipes: when the product changes, the recipe is recalled, fixture and flux bath are swapped quickly, and the line keeps producing to the same quality standard. Operator dependency drops and traceability improves.
