Soldering Automation Machine

Built around recipe-based process control, automatic flux application, N₂-assisted soldering and quick fixture changeover, the Soldering Automation Machine delivers stable, repeatable soldering processes with reduced operator dependency across different connector types.

Soldering Automation MachineRecipe-based · N₂-assisted · quick fixture change

A laminar-flow, height-adjustable solder bath, an integrated pre-heating station and automatic post-solder N₂ cooling keep every step of the production process under control. Multi-recipe save/recall makes switching between product groups fast while preserving standard quality in series production.

Recipe and process management on a wide touch operator interface.
Hızlı Geçiş
Short changeover between product types via quick flux-bath and fixture swaps.
CHALLENGE

In manual or semi-automatic soldering, quality depends heavily on operator skill; when solder temperature, dwell time, flux amount and cooling are managed by hand, part-to-part variation is inevitable.

In multi-variant production, setup per connector type takes longer, defects from oxidation and thermal shock increase, and holding a repeatable quality standard in series production becomes difficult.

SOLUTION

The machine automates flux application, pre-heating, soldering and N₂ cooling in a single cell. The laminar-flow, height-adjustable solder bath provides the right contact geometry and stable joint quality for each product.

All process parameters are bound to recipes: when the product changes, the recipe is recalled, fixture and flux bath are swapped quickly, and the line keeps producing to the same quality standard. Operator dependency drops and traceability improves.

System Capabilities
01Recipe-Based Process Control
Solder temperature, dip depth/time, flux amount, pre-heat and cooling parameters are stored as per-product recipes. Multi-recipe save/recall enables fast, error-free switching between product groups.
02Laminar-Flow Solder Bath
The height-adjustable, laminar-flow solder bath keeps the wave surface stable; contact quality is preserved across connector geometries, reducing bridging and insufficient-solder defects.
03Integrated Pre-Heating Station
Controlled pre-heating before soldering reduces thermal shock and secures flux activation; deformation risk drops for connectors with sensitive plastic housings.
04N₂-Assisted Process & Cooling
N₂-assisted soldering cuts oxidation for bright, clean joints; automatic post-solder N₂ cooling ensures controlled solidification of the connection.
05Quick Fixture & Flux Changeover
Quick-change fixture and flux-bath design shortens downtime at variant changeovers; the 15" touch interface simplifies setup and verification for the operator.
